Sound and Dreams - On Demand

Description:

Recorded live over a two-day weekend at the Biosonics studio in Stone Ridge, NY, this class with Dr. John Beaulieu explores sound as a bridge between waking and dreaming awareness. You’ll learn Dr. John’s practice of dream incubation with the C and G tuning forks, explore how sound can support shifts between waking, sleeping, and dreaming states, and work with dream recall, waking dreams, felt sense, dream objects, and a structured, dreamer-led approach to dream groups.

As the class progresses, Dr. John expands these practices into experiential sound work designed to open dreaming consciousness, creativity, and new possibilities. Throughout the class, guest teacher Thomas Workman introduces and plays dream instruments from cultures around the world, creating live sound experiences that support dream incubation and expanded states of awareness.

Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

This course is over 8 hours of content and has been organized into 16 lessons for easy on-demand viewing.
