I was at a coffee shop — at my limit of frustration. The woman at the next table was watching a video on her iPhone for everyone to hear. I muttered under my breath about how rude and inconsiderate she was. I could feel irritation rising into anger.
All of a sudden, I noticed a surge welling up in my body — not from the noise itself, but from my resistance to it. The wave had nowhere to go. I envisioned millions of these vibrational waves rushing toward me that I wasn’t allowing through, each unwanted noise lodging in my connective tissue and hardening my spirit.
My teacher, Dr. John Beaulieu says: “the more frequencies we can conduct, the healthier we are.” This has been my experience, and this is what I want to share with you.

Diana Page Cohen, Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, bridges quantum and metaphysical principles with deeply immersive sound experiences.
